Refunds for service fees paid to College Sarathi will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

a. Refunds will not be issued if the fees paid to College Sarathi have been forwarded to the respective educational institutions (colleges, universities, institutes) as per your instructions. In such cases, any refund requests should be directed to the educational institution.

b. If you cancel our services before any fees are paid to educational institutions, we may consider refunding a portion of the service fees paid to us, subject to applicable administrative fees and we will refund within 3 to 7 working days.

2. Late Fee Payment

Some universities, colleges, or institutes may impose late payment fines or penalties for tuition fees or other payments. College Sarathi is not responsible for these late payment fines.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all fees and payments to educational institutions are made on time and in accordance with their policies. Failure to do so may result in late payment fines imposed by the educational institution, and College Sarathi will not be liable for these fines.

3. Refund Requests
